Registration for SAPA-SCALE 2012

Anyone can attend SAPA-SCALE 2012; we are charging a minimal registration fee of $50 per person to cover our expenses.

Please fill in the form below. We will accept registrations on line until Wednesday September 5th. Space permitting, attendees may also register on-site in Portland for cash (we won't have means to accept other forms of payment, unfortunately).
